The data controller.
Weavo Studio is a sole trader based in Bridgwater, England. We are the data controller for the personal information collected through this website.

The information we gather.
Information you give us. When you submit our contact or enquiry forms, we collect the information you choose to provide — typically your name, email address, and a message about your project. This data is processed via Formspree, our form-handling provider.
Analytics data. If you consent to analytics cookies, we use Google Analytics 4 (GA4) to collect anonymised usage data: pages visited, approximate location (country/city level), device type, browser, and how you found the site. This helps us understand how the site is used so we can improve it. GA4 only runs after you give consent via our cookie banner.
What your data is for.
We use the information you submit through our forms to respond to your enquiry, discuss your project, and — if we work together — to deliver it. We use analytics data to understand how people use the site so we can make it better.
We do not sell, rent, or share your personal data with anyone for marketing purposes. Ever.
Why we're allowed to process it.
Enquiry forms. We process your form submissions on the basis of legitimate interest — you've contacted us and we need your details to reply — and, where relevant, your consent.
Analytics cookies. We process analytics data on the basis of your consent, given through our cookie banner. You can withdraw consent at any time.
Who else handles your data.
We use two third-party services to run this site:
Formspree processes and delivers the data you submit through our forms. Google Analytics processes anonymised usage data to help us understand how the site is used.
Both providers may process data outside the United Kingdom. They do so under appropriate safeguards, including standard contractual clauses and data processing agreements, in line with UK GDPR requirements.
We do not share your data with any other third parties.
What cookies we set.
This site uses analytics cookies set by Google Analytics 4. These cookies are only placed on your device after you give consent through our cookie banner.
If you decline or ignore the banner, no analytics cookies are set and no usage data is collected. You can withdraw your consent at any time using the “Cookie settings” link in the footer of any page, which will re-show the consent banner.
We do not use advertising cookies, tracking pixels, or any other form of cross-site tracking.
How long we keep it.
Enquiry data. We keep the information you send us through our forms only as long as needed for the enquiry or working relationship. Once a conversation is concluded or a project is complete, we delete your data unless we have a continuing reason to keep it (such as an ongoing care plan).
Analytics data. Google Analytics retains anonymised usage data according to its default retention settings. This data is not personally identifiable.
What you can ask us to do.
Under UK GDPR, you have the right to:

If you are not satisfied with how we handle your data, you have the right to lodge a complaint with the Information Commissioner's Office (ICO) at ico.org.uk.

We may update this privacy policy from time to time. When we do, we will update the date below. We encourage you to review this page occasionally.
