When a homeowner in the area needs a roofer, they find one of our sites and call the number on it. That call goes straight to one local firm — exclusively. Not shared with four others. Not sold as a "lead" to whoever bids. One area, one firm, every call theirs.
Six steps, plainly.
1. We build the website — before we ever call you.
We design and build the local site ourselves, at our cost. You don't commission it and you don't pay for it. When it's live and ranking, then we look for one local firm to partner with.
2. Homeowners find it and call.
The site is written for search — homeowners in the area searching for a roofer find it. We also put paid advertising behind it as the partnership starts. When they call, the number rings through to you.
3. Every call goes to one firm. Yours.
We forward the number directly to your mobile. The enquiry is not shared with anyone else, not auctioned to the highest bidder. If you miss a call, it's logged so you can ring back. No one else gets it.
4. You answer the phone and quote the job.
You handle the conversation exactly as you would any other enquiry. One rule: if you miss a call, ring back within 15 minutes. That's it. No scripts, no dashboards to manage, no admin from us.
5. Everything is logged.
Every call is recorded — time, length, and a recording you can listen back to. At the end of each month we send you a simple report: how many calls came in, how long they ran. You always know what you're getting.
6. The first month is free.
No contract, no card, nothing to sign. At the end of the first month you have a month's worth of call data in front of you. You decide whether it's worth carrying on. If it is, we agree a monthly fee. If it isn't, we part on good terms and look for someone else in the area.
Why we work this way.
We own the site, so we're not collecting a build fee and walking away. If the calls don't come in, we carry the cost. That's the alignment we want: our income depends on the same thing yours does — homeowners finding the site and ringing.
Not a directory. Not Checkatrade.
We don't sell the same enquiry to five tradespeople. We don't charge per lead. And we never ask anyone to pay for something they haven't seen working — the first month is always free, with every call logged, so the numbers speak before any money does.
